I get shot at so much that I just haven't played destroyers much. Good speed, good turning, good armour (up to tier 7), decent health (up to tier 6), and pretty good IFHE guns. They have fantastic guns (The Kirov is a bit of an outlier, but it basically has tier 9 guns at tier 5), with great accuracy, IFHE potential, AP penetration and decent reload. The French are seen by many as an extremely good cruiser line.
